Passionate about sports since my childhood, I first started taking classes in martial arts, then tennis. I got hooked on tennis from the very start and knew it would become a big part of my life & my professional career.

Through this incredible sport, I learnt to set myself goals. I learnt to push past my limits both physically and mentally. I learnt to deal with pressure and most importantly, to believe in myself. I learnt to believe that anything is possible.

It was really when I became a tennis coach that I realised that I loved to teach and share my passion for sports with others.

How can I follow my training?  
As soon as you register, you will have access to the platform on www.kalambay.com  where you will find an introduction video to help and explain everything you need to know to get started.
You will have access to all the challenge videos on the platform.
You will also receive an e-mail with a link to our private Facebook group reserved exclusively to BYB.Squad members.

Is it an obligation to have a Facebook account to follow the challenge?
Yes, you need a Facebook account because the LIVE training sessions and the extra content we are adding will be in this group. If you don't have one yet, don't worry, you can create one for free in just 2 minutes to be able to fully enjoy the challenge and to be able to access the private Facebook group for mutual aid (anonymous account allowed).
I am a beginner, are the exercises adapted for me?
Yes, the movements of each exercise are shown with the correct technique before starting. There is a possibility to follow this challenge at your own pace without any problems, even for a beginner.
Will I lose weight by following the challenge?
Yes, if you follow assiduously the training sessions as well as the diet plan, there is no doubt about it! The challenge has really been designed with targeted training to burn fat, firm up and tone up your body. 
What equipment should I use to for this challenge?
For this challenge you will need a yoga mat and two dumbbells. You can do your workouts anywhere and quickly fit them into your schedule. You will also need a bottle of water to keep you hydrated, a towel and your good mood for motivation!
